Drilled through power line in wall with small diameter drill. Line still carries current but insulation is damaged. Plaster and mortar removed and conduit opened to expose line, there is a hole though it although clearly not severing the wire

I have 3 light ceiling lights in my front and dining rooms. I would like them removed and replaced with single 100 to 120 watts bulb light point installed as the present sets keep blowing up all the time. As i know next to nothing about what is needed please supply necessary materials for the job.
