My tenants report a problem with a light fitting light bulb. They tried replacing a bulb in the bathroom yesterday however Attaching the lightbulb was fine but the part in the ceiling fitting was loose and problematic. It resulted in the wiring coming out of the bulb fitting, leaving a live wire exposed. They are now unsure how safe this is as is in the bathroom and would like an electrician to attend.
