Electricity bill has doubled from the last bill. Not clear as to what the cause of the increase is - inspection required to try and find the cause of the increase. The power has switched off as a basic test for the meter and only a residual amount went through during the quick test.

Our immersion heater is not heating up enough water for the day. We have two switches on the wall that normally have an orange light when working. One is working as normal but the other one doesn't seem to have power (orange light is off). Hopefully it is just a fuse/power issue but I'm not an expert
