Install Grohe Boiling Hot or other filtered/boiling water tap
Boiling water taps, of which Quooker is the most popular, consist of a heating and filtration unit which sits under your sink, connected to a tap which sits alongside your normal tap. It will also usually need a connection to the waste water pipe to allow excess hot water to vent safely away. Your plumber will connect the unit to the cold water pipe under your sink, connect up the vent pipe to the waste water. It is then just a matter of plugging the unit into a power socket. If you don't have a nearby socket, you'll need to book an electrician to install a new socket for you too (but, if you have a dishwasher or washing machine nearby, there should be a socket you can use).
