Putting some lights on ceilings

Two ceiling light doesn't work inspite of changing the bulbs

change tube light and look at why they flicker

Recent water leak due to loose connection on pipe - now fixed. Pipe was in Cunard where all electrical wires and fuse box housed. But trip switch for kitchen and bathroom light keet tripping around time of leak for a couple of days (leak seemed to happen suddenly). Leaked fixed in a couple of days. But didn't trip once leak fixed however kitchen light don't work - bathroom lights ok.-
