1. trip switch goes off when electric boiler is on.
We have a Santon electric boiler. When it is in operation during economy 7 off peak tariff, the trip switch goes off. We called a heating engineer to check the boiler out and he made the following observations:
"(Reported Electric tripping on immersion element)
Inspected h/w system ,found economy 7 type twin immersion elements,
Carried out tests on the Off peak (bottom element) passed tests and
working
Carried out tests on Peak (Top element) passed tests and working
There is a possible issue from economy 7 meter/fuse board to fuse spur
supplying the off peak element?
Temporary bypass carried out and the bottom element is working and
thermostat cutting in and out on temperature.
Electrician needed to investigate further issues with power supply?"2. electronic heating in bedroom can not be turned on3. install an Ikea ceiling lamp
