Gas safety check (CP12)
It's recommended that you regularly have your gas appliances checked, to ensure they are operating safely. This would ideally be each year, to prevent problems in the future, and to ensure you or a tenant isn't put at risk. Any appliance left unchecked could leave you at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Despite it not being compulsory for all domestic properties to have their gas appliances check, the law requires landlords to have their appliances check each year.
Our hourly rate for a gas engineer includes checking 2 appliances within the hour. An extra £10 is charged for each gas appliance. Typically you may have a gas boiler, and a gas hob which would be 2 appliances.
All our Heating Engineers are Gas Safe registered.

Our fixed price is £0 in Kilwinning, which would cover all labour and work required for the job. We charge extra if we need any parts, but you'll always be advised of this before the visit, or during the visit to your property
